Kylee Kendall is a Communications Specialist at Beacon Health System where she leads internal communications for more than 11,000 associates across northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Her work focuses on leadership communications, organizational change management, executive messaging and creating communication channels that help leaders and associates stay informed, engaged and connected.

Kylee is married and a proud mom of two, and outside of the office can likely be found chasing her kids around, at the gym or grabbing an iced coffee for some much-needed caffeine.
